JD- KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

1.Ensure receipt, consolidation & reconciliation of demand requirements from Central Supply Chain.
2.Demand analysis & resolution of forecast related issues.
3.Supply commitment against firm demand in coordination with internal stakeholders.
4.Capacity planning & release of production requirements (Own manufacturing, LL & TP) based on agreed demand.
5.Coordinate with the production team for product priorities and ensure availability as per supply requirements.
6.Ensure delivery of new products & TP orders as per defined timelines.
7.Escalate any supply concerns to ensure timely corrective actions.
8.Pro-forma application across markets & timely receipt of permits to ensure uninterrupted supply.
9.Container planning for different markets based on product availability & vessel schedules in coordination with shipping team.
10.Ensure dispatch of products from locations in line with container schedules.
11.Ensure products dispatched to the market comply with regulatory requirements.
12.Ensure liquidation of non-moving & slow-moving FG inventory in coordination.
13.Monitor & control FG inventory across locations.
14.Ensure supply to the market as per commitment.

MUST HAVE THOROUGH EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING INSTITUTIONAL CONSIGNMENTS.

• Logistics (inbound & outbound) management including customs and FDA clearance, following up for B/L and Export related documents
• Execute goods receipt
• Supervise & control freight spend within budget
• Interacting with transporter- shipments made to various locations
• Monitoring day to day domestic business
• Post shipment document preparation and sending it to finance (if any)
• Ensuring the correct training required to record all transactions in software.

• Must have the knowledge of party to whom he/she goes for meeting.
• He should take follow up on any new product we dispatch and help them to increase the market by adding more brands in their bucket.
• He /She should manage his team properly for payment follow up.
• Sharing MIS and pending points to Management on daily basis.
• He/she should have the capability to work as team.
• Must update himself/herself for every information by DPCO, DCGI etc.
• Has the ability to achieve the target.
• Should have the minimum working experience of 4-5 years.
