Manufacturing Unit

Adhering rigorously to our quality policy, we conduct regular audits, validations, and maintain meticulous documentation. Our Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and water recycling processes reflect our commitment to environmental sustainability, minimizing our impact on the environment.
Our manufacturing plant is equipped with various dedicated storage areas designed to ensure optimal conditions for materials. Raw and packaging materials that meet acceptance criteria are transferred to approved storage areas, including an Approved Raw Material Storage Area for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Excipients, an Approved Packaging Material Storage Area encompassing both Primary and Secondary materials, and an Approved Finished Goods Storage Area.
Retention samples of finished goods are systematically collected and stored in a controlled sample room, maintaining specified environmental conditions. Periodic verification of controlled samples ensures the physical integrity and appearance of finished goods throughout their shelf life.

Quality Assurance (QA):

The QA Department at Mascot Health Series plays a pivotal role in ensuring the impeccable quality of our finished products throughout the entire production process, adhering rigorously to cGMP, GDP, and GLP standards. This department is entrusted with a spectrum of critical activities, including efficient vendor management for both raw and packaging materials. QA exercises meticulous oversight over dispensing activities related to raw and packaging materials, ensuring stringent control points.

The department is also committed to maintaining the in-process quality of drug products through vigilant monitoring. Comprehensive sampling activities cover in-process, finished goods, control samples, stability samples, and more. Terminal inspections of finished products are executed meticulously before dispatch to the market, ensuring conformity to the highest quality standards.

In the event of market complaints, the QA team utilizes investigation tools to identify root causes and implements corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) accordingly. The QA Department is instrumental in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring seamless adherence to Change Control, Deviation, and Incident protocols.

Moreover, the QA team faces audits with confidence, responding effectively to observations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The department's unwavering commitment to quality is a cornerstone of Mascot Health Series operations.

Quality Control (QC):

Our QC processes are at the forefront of ensuring the integrity and efficacy of our pharmaceutical products. Our plant is fortified with an effective Quality Management System, orchestrating changes in facilities, systems, documents, and products through a meticulous Change Control Management System. Every alteration is rigorously categorized as Critical, Major, or Minor, ensuring comprehensive control over the manufacturing environment.

Our QC laboratory plays a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards. It conducts thorough analyses of samples at every stage—initial, in-process, finished goods, stability samples, and validations. Stringently following Standard Test Procedures and specifications, our testing procedures ensure the precision and reliability of each product.

Once a sample gains clearance from Quality Control, the respective materials are deemed fit for use in the manufacturing of our pharmaceutical formulations. Having successfully navigated numerous audits, totaling 50 and counting, our commitment to quality stands as a testament to our unwavering dedication to excellence.
